According to several calls relayed on social networks, an extreme right-wing march will be held on 11 November in Warsaw on the occasion of the Independence celebrations.
Participants will leave at 14:00 (local time) from the Roman Dmowski roundabout to Warsaw’s National Stadium.
The march has been banned by the authorities due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The organisers have indicated that the march will still take place and that the mobilisation will be motorised in order to limit the risks of contamination.
Similar extreme right-wing rallies cannot be ruled out in other urban centres.
The day is regularly marred by clashes between nationalist demonstrators, their opponents and the security forces. It is advisable to keep away from all gatherings on this day.
